課程概述 |
此課程為本所博士班必修課,係介紹整合性生命科學的重要趨勢,強調以分子為基礎去闡釋生命現象,給合分子生物、細胞生物、結構生物及化學生物領域。課程內容從基礎知識到研究技術、當前觀念及未來發展。期許學生能藉此跨越個人背景之限制而拓展視野,同時能體會各種目前最先進之研究模式及研究技術,以期未來運用到個人的研究上或加強與他人的合作。課程分四段落;包括細胞分子生物、模式生物與功能性基因體、化學全物與藥物發現及結構生物與蛋白質體。每週課程主題如下;
